ETI experts, based in Cologne, has been in existence since 2002. We owe our constantly growing market shares to our excellent system for supporting your internal business processes. We have knowledge and experience in the back office of many different sectors. We serve around 15,000 customers in Germany and the neighbouring European countries.

All relevant back office processes and all accounts receivable management are handled by ETI experts. We use our company’s own highly efficient dunning system for pre-judicial proceedings. In the event of legal proceedings, we support you with our legal expertise. We of course also offer complete long-term monitoring.

We improve ETI experts quality management through ongoing certification and the establishment of a professional network:

• 2012 – 2015 Certification from TÜV (TIC) Thuringia for international standard in the areas of collection law procedures, data protection, complaints processing, collection-specific procedures and organisation (as the first German collection company).
• 2014 Member of the Society for Data Protection and Data Security (GDD).
• 2015 – 2018 “Verified Collection” certification from TÜV Saarland.
• 2018 – 2019 “Verified Collection” certification from TÜV Saarland.

Our services comply with the highest security standards and state-of-the-art technology. In cooperation with credit agencies, SCHUFA, and avarto InFoScore, we guarantee responsible handling of sensitive data.

Team competence

A highly professional team of 50 employees, consisting of lawyers, legal assistants, and experts from the fields of business administration and communication, takes care of business procedures. Our employees, who receive regular training in personal communication, work discreetly and responsibly in the back office and when enforcing claims. Our managing partner Ralf Niermann stands for best quality in all relevant activities.
