Judicial procedure
Taking it to court
If the pre-judicial procedure remains unsuccessful despite all efforts, we do not automatically initiate the judicial dunning procedure. However, depending on our agreement, we will support you in court with a legally sound claim. The court decides on the validity of your claim with or without oral proceedings.
At the end of the court proceedings, the court usually issues a legally binding title (e.g. enforcement order, verdict). This enables you to have your claim enforced against the debtor, for example in the form of a garnishment.
Our lawyers provide legally sound and success-oriented advising.
