Communicative strategies
For us, first priority is the individual contact with both our clients and our debtors. In the age of digitisation, personal contact often takes the back seat. As ETI experts, however, we would like to continue in 2020 exactly where we left off in 2019 – and that is the optimising of personal contact. We use communicative strategies in interpersonal contact that are based on appreciation and courtesy.
Individual service also means that in the activities for our clients we always pay attention to preserving the company’s own image, the market and sector-specific language and the grown corporate culture.

Parking according to plan: Our Business in 2020
Last year, ETI experts became more involved in the parking industry. We launched our own product in 2019: ETI park.
In 2020 we will intensively enter the management of parking space. This industry is rapidly developing due to current technical innovations: Electronic systems are replacing the old gate system in car parks, floor sensors recognise vehicle licence plates and parking times, payment modalities change from cash machine to cashless modes … These and other innovations have aroused our business interest.
With our ETI park APP, parking lot managers and owners of private car parks can report incorrect or unauthorised long-term parkers simply by APP. Once the corresponding vehicle has been traced, our employees take care of the determination of the vehicle owner data and the realisation of claims.
ETI park clients include hospitals and medical centres with connected car parks, shopping and fitness centres, supermarkets, private parking space owners and all other real estate and property managers of parking space.
New powerful software, user-friendly portal
At the beginning of the year, ETI experts will make a state of the art software modification – in the spirit of advancing digitisation, because we want to be as digital as our clients. The new software enables us to work more efficiently and automatically, that we can adapt to each customer individually.
We are installing a new service portal for our clients and debtors, which offers greater clarity and easy handling.
